By purchasing artwork displayed at Genoa House, you agree to the following terms:

 

Art Sold As-Is​

• All artwork is sold in its current condition. Each piece includes / excludes a fitted frame, which cannot be removed or replaced by Genoa House, Exclusive Escapes.

 

Fixed Pricing​

• All prices are final and non-negotiable.

 

No Shipping or Delivery​

• You must be able to take the artwork with you at time of departure. Postage, courier services, or delayed pickup are not available.

 

Secure Payment Only via Exclusive Escapes

• All payments must be processed securely through Exclusive Escapes prior to checkout and departure from the property.

 

Ownership Transfer Upon Payment

• Ownership of the artwork is only transferred upon full payment confirmation. Until then, the artwork remains the property of Genoa House, Exclusive Escapes.

 

No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted either during or after your stay at Genoa House, Exclusive Escapes.
